As i review these last 30-ish days of pricing, there’s something a professor at uni once said and stick with me:
“From all the variables in a business, price is the only one that brings money in. Everything else takes money and uses it. Price, collects it.”
I know. I know.
We have to think about the product, the brand, the branding, sales, design, ads, etc etc etc.
However, if you don’t have your pricing right, you’re at risk.
How do you define or optimize your pricing?
Strategy → Positioning → Pricing
Strategy. Knowing what’s your high-altitude approach to a goal will drive your tactics, plans and actions.
Positioning. Knowing how you can help a group of people get their desired outcome, will let you leverage the right points.
From there, you can take an approach to pricing.
